WITH 97% of new homes at a popular development in Thornton now sold, a special open house event could be the final chance to secure a move there.
Castle Green Homes has sold 200 of the 206 homes it’s built at Orchard Place. There are now just six homes available in a choice of three designs – the three-bedroom Evesham and Windsor and the four-bedroom Wiltshire. Examples of all three will be available to view when the homebuilder hosts an open house event on Saturday, July 18.

“During the open house event the sales team will be based in the show homes and will be available to walk visitors to the properties we have for sale,” Sian added.
