FAMILIES hoping to put down roots in Mosley Common are being urged to act fast if they want to move to a new home this winter.
Elan Homes has sold more than half of its larger four and five-bedroom detached properties at its popular Garrett Hall Fields development.
A small number of homes are almost ready to move into and are available with incentive packages worth up to £20,000.
