INTERNATIONAL TEXTILES BUSINESS, Character World is fast-tracking a new range of Pokémon bedding and accessories to meet rocketing retailer demand after the launch of Pokémon Go.
The leading licensing business sold out of its Pikachu duvet set in 24 hours as kids, teens and adults around the world embraced the latest gaming sensation.
Character World is creating new Pokémon textiles including single and double duvet sets, cushions, curtains, a bean bag and towel to supply in the UK & Nordic countries.
Pokémon Go is currently the number one app on IOS and Google Play marketplaces and has overtaken Twitter for daily active users

Character World’s Pokémon range will be available to retailers for autumn of 2016. This will coincide with the launch of new Pokémon Sun and Moon games on Nintendo 3DS in November, which will be supported by a multi-million pound television advertising campaign.
Character World distributes its products to retailers across the UK and Europe, including Argos, Tesco, Asda and John Lewis.
Palatine Private Equity backed Character World in a secondary management buyout in December 2014.
