Oxygen Freejumping, the UK’s leading chain of trampoline parks, is challenging the people of Manchester to set a long jump record by launching themselves from trampoline to giant airbag in the Oxygen Olympics at its recently opened Trafford park. Oxygen is also helping students across Manchester celebrate their A-level and GCSE results on the 18th and 25th August. Any student who attends Oxygen with their exam certificate on the day of receiving their results will jump for free!

  • As part Oxygen’s Summer Timetable and after Great Britain’s success in Rio so far, the Oxygen Olympics will be held every day at the park until 21st August, with one hour a day dedicated to those who think they’ve got what it takes to put their long jumping skills to the test
  • After proving how far they can jump, the winners from each session will be presented with their very own gold medal and a free session at the park to perfect their bouncing skills!

Nick Haycock, General Manager at Oxygen Manchester, commented:

While the Olympics are on in Rio a lot of people are inspired to try new things, so the Oxygen Olympics is the perfect opportunity! For those receiving their results after a lot of hard work, numerous exams, countless pages of coursework and hundreds of schools hours, we felt that students deserved a celebration too.

Since we opened we have got to know the local schools and students, so with so many heading off to University and starting their careers, this is just our way of saying congratulations.

We’ve got a whole host of activities planned in our Summer Timetable and with the chance to win free jumping sessions we’re sure to keep the kids occupied throughout the holidays. Take the Oxygen Olympics challenge to jump as far as they can this August – you never know, we might just find a champion long jumper.
