Lovett Care has launched a new innovative Learning and Compliance ecosystem for its carers and nurses in conjunction with Boost.
Brand new to the health care sector, Lovett Care is one of the first care home operators to implement the interactive online learning platform, which will form an integral part of company’s training and development strategy, supporting staff to reach their full potential.
Working closely with Boost, Lovett has already rolled out the empowering platform to all staff members, allowing them to access high quality and accurate information when they need it.
The Boost app seamlessly integrates learning, policies and real-time support in one place, with the aim of empowering care organisations to deliver exceptional care consistently with confidence and ease.
There are three products; Boost Learn, Boost Policy and Boost Digital Assistant. Each is focused on leveraging smart technology to best support care workers in real time, to provide them with instant access to knowledge in every moment that matters.
