A new, specialist real estate capital advisory firm, Hive Capital Advisory, has officially launched, founded by experienced lender and investor Nick White, headquartered in Manchester.
With national scope, Hive Capital Advisory will cover the UK real estate market, providing tailored financial and funding solutions across a range of sectors, with a strong focus on development finance.
Hive has already closed three transactions since its formation, arranging a combined £31 million in debt and equity funding, and with a strong pipeline of upcoming deals, the business is now looking to expand its team to meet growing client demand.
The firm’s sector expertise spans residential, Build-to-Rent (BTR), care, retirement and children’s day nurseries, supporting developers and operators with capital solutions from project inception through to completion.
