Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has let the whole of Caspian House (34,201 sq ft) to call centre operator Kura (CS) Ltd on a five-year lease in what is the largest property let this year in Liverpool’s out of town office market.
Kura is a successful Glasgow-based call centre operator, which has recently won a contract with Scottish Power. It will open its new call centre at Caspian House, Atlantic Park early next year, and is set to create up to 300 new jobs in the Sefton area.
Gareth Dickinson, head of property at RLAM, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Kura to Atlantic Park. The fact that the company has chosen Caspian House as the location for its first call centre outside of Scotland is testament to the quality of the offering at the park.
Caspian House is highly accessible and has excellent amenities on its doorstep, which were important both to Kura and its future employees.”
Ian Steele, director at GVA, which advised RLAM on the letting, said: “As the largest letting in the out of town market this year, this deal also cements Atlantic Park’s position as one of the premier business parks in the region and continues to attract high quality tenants. Sefton still remains an attractive location for large-scale employers looking to do business in the North West.”
Atlantic Park is situated near to the Port of Liverpool with connectivity to all major motorway networks via the M57 and M58 motorways. The park is also just 20 minutes by car from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
GVA advised RLAM and CBRE advised Kura.
