Kusto Group highlights green spaces with new residential complex
Aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand in Kusto Group and Kusto Home’s most recent project, Urban Green, in Vietnam.
Kusto Group’s real estate development subsidiary, Kusto Home, has built several residential complexes across Asia in recent years. Now, another one called Urban Green is emerging in Thu Duc City outside of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
The construction of Urban Green was announced by Kusto Group and Kusto Home at a signing ceremony in December 2021.
Urban Green will consist of luxury residential complexes, a commercial center, restaurants, cafes, gyms, parks, daycares, supermarkets and a BBQ area, among other things.
These facilities will stretch over 20,203 m2.
While the construction of Urban Green has just begun, it is expected to be completed and handed over to residents in the first quarter of 2024.
Kusto Home’s focus on aesthetics and functionality
Built in a modern Bauhaus-style, Kusto Home aims to construct a city where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand.
Therefore, Urban Green will have multiple green areas in between all of its facilities. Two-thirds of the area will be green spaces.
The design of the 740 apartments in the city is inspired by nature landmarks such as the Alaskan wilderness, the Sahara Desert and Pink Lake.
Kusto Home will provide apartments of one to four bedrooms and 50 to 135 m2, making the area suitable for singles and families as well.
Located just outside of Ho Chi Minh City, residents of Urban Green have easy access to Vietnam’s largest city.
Kusto Home is building Urban Green adjacent to National Highway 13, which is the main route that connects Ho Chi Minh City, Thu Duc City and Binh Duong.
By 2025, a 10,000 billion VND ($440,141) expansion of Highway 13 is expected to be completed.
Urban Green residents will also be able to commute in and out of the area by using two metro stations that are under construction.
Kusto Group founder: “Urban Green is the next great project”
Coteccons is the main contractor of the project. When Kusto Group, Kusto Home and Coteccons announced the construction of Urban Green, Sergey Nam said that the company was ready to build its next Vietnamese residential complex. Sergey Nam, the general director of Kusto Home, is also credited with developing Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City.
“Our project development philosophy is based on understanding, respecting and applying local cultures combined with international experience. This results in housing products of excellent value that are suited for target clients,” Sergey Nam said about Urban Green.
Kusto Group, the mother company of Kusto Home, is also looking forward to introducing Urban Green to the world.
“I can say with pride that Kusto Home Vietnam has already made a mark on the real estate market in the country. Diamond Island is known as a project that has redefined the standards of luxury and resort-style living. Urban Green will follow Diamond Island as the next great project, and I am sure it will, in turn, be followed by many more,” Kusto Group founder, Yerkin Tatishev, said.
Following in Diamond Island’s footsteps
Diamond Island was constructed by Kusto Group and Kusto Home in Ho Chi Minh City in 2018.
Built as a resort home, residents live their everyday lives while feeling like they are staying at a luxury resort.
Among Diamond Island’s amenities are several pools, a private marina club, playgrounds and a Zen Stone Garden. Furthermore, the area features outstanding views of Ho Chi Minh City and the rivers that surround the island.
Diamond Island consists of 1,323 apartments in five 29-floor towers named after the famous resort islands Bahamas, Canary, Hawaii, Bora Bora and Maldives.
It is no secret that Kusto Home aims to build living units of the highest quality while maintaining affordable prices.
In 2018, the Kusto Group founder, Yerkin Tatishev, told the Vietnam Investment Review that the company strives to be associated with the word “perfection.”
“We named our project Diamond Island because every detail of the project must be perfect and polished like a diamond. This is our motto. Our products must be of the highest quality even at the worst of times. Choosing our products, customers should consider exceptional apartments, a happy living environment, friendly neighbors, and fantastic living quality,” he explained.
Future Kusto Group projects in Vietnam
Since the completion of Diamond Island, Kusto Home has expressed interest in a real estate project in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi.
Yerkin Tatishev also told the Vietnam Investment Review that the company was looking into projects in other Vietnamese cities such as Nha Trang, Danang and Hoi An.
Kusto Home has primarily dealt with residential complexes, but Yerkin Tatishev opened the door to the possibility of building commercial centers, such as shopping malls.
