A DOUBLE milestone is being marked at a housing development in Congleton.
Castle Green Homes is preparing to welcome the first residents to Woodland Manor and will soon be opening show homes to inspire those thinking of moving to the development on Barn Road.
The site was allocated for housing in the Cheshire East Council Local Plan Strategy and will help the council achieve housing delivery targets.

The show homes will be examples of three-bedroom Stratford and Windsor house types, plus the four-bedroom detached Wiltshire, the most popular of all Castle Green’s designs across its developments.
The sales team will be based in an example of the four-bedroom detached Heatherington.
Viewing the show homes will give buyers an insight into layouts, specification options and upgrades available from Castle Green, helping bring visuals from the award-winning Willow platform to life.
Using Willow, buyers can take a virtual tour of every property type and “see” it furnished or unfurnished, testing out the different design choices available. Effectively they’ll be able to create a digital twin of the home they’re purchasing while Castle Green builds the real thing.
