LANCASTER BRAND AND DIGITAL CONSULTANCY SECURES SECOND WEBSITE PROJECT FOR FULL-SERVICE ESTATE AGENCY GROUP
Lancaster strategic brand and digital consultancy, Factored, has delivered a digital transformation brief for full-service estate agency, Farrell Heyworth.
Having previously worked with the group’s auction brand, Auction House North West, Factored was selected to transform Farrell Heyworth’s website as part of its strategy to move from a traditional high-street estate agency, to a digital-first estate agent.
With the current website no longer meeting customers’ needs or reflecting its brand message, Factored was tasked with designing and building a website that improves customers’ digital experience. Factored also had to ensure the website was intuitive for customers and provided the experience of an easy, fast professional
service Farrell Heyworth’s customers expect.
The digital transformation project began with customer experience research and website performance analysis that considered functionality and ease of use. Factored used this insight to consider UX at every stage and ensure an incredible UI that drives users of Farrell Heyworth’s website to complete actions quickly and efficiently.
To facilitate a great user experience and support the innovative digital solutions Farrell Heyworth offers, Factored integrated the group’s custom in-house software into the website build.
Daniel Wallace, UX Director at Factored, said: “We’ve enjoyed a long standing relationship with Farrell Heyworth Group, so we were delighted to be appointed to deliver a digital transformation brief. We have been championing the move towards high quality design and user experience, and it was the pandemic that accelerated our work with the group to support them with the transition to a more digital-first approach. We’ve enjoyed working with the Farrell Heyworth team and look forward to seeing the website go live in Spring 2022!”
Laura Gittins, PR & Marketing Manager at Farrell Heyworth Group, said: “The Factored team paid careful attention to our objectives for this project and worked collaboratively with us to understand the way our business operates and create a website that meets our customers’ needs. Communication has been key to keeping the project on track and the whole team has been a pleasure to deal with. We’re really looking forward to the finished product, and the improvements the project will make to customers’ experience on site.”
As a result of the project work and other client wins, Factored is currently recruiting two roles for a UX designer and graphic designer to join its expanding team. More details available here: factored.studio/careers
