A TRIO of show homes is now on sale in Burscough, marking the latest milestone for Anwyl Homes’ venture.
Priory Gardens forms part of the wider Yew Tree Farm development. Anwyl is building 380 homes in total across 20 acres of land, with 264 of those for private sale.
The homebuilder acquired the site in early 2020 and secured planning for the first phase of homes that summer.
Three show homes – the four-bedroom Lymm, Ascot and Henley house styles – opened in spring 2021.

The Lymm show home is available from £383,995, the Ascot from £424,995 and Henley from £458,995.
Across Priory Gardens, Anwyl has a range of three and four-bedroom homes available, with current prices from £310,995 for a three-bedroom detached Bunbury.
Incentives are available on selected properties, including a choice of a deposit contribution or Stamp Duty paid.
Alternatively, those who have a house to sell could use part exchange and effectively trade in their current property towards the cost of an energy efficient new home.
