The school holidays are fast approaching and Burnley Leisure has already begun to plan its half term activities.
The football and golf holiday camp, based at Prairie Sports Village, will be running during the break between 13th and 17th February and parents are invited to register their children early.
The camp offers youngsters a chance to spend their holiday taking part in a whole host of stimulating games and activities.
Children will have an opportunity to play football on the new 3G pitch, practice their swing on the golf driving range and have a go on the new mini golf course.
Sam Dixon, sport activator at Burnley Leisure, said: “The holiday camp provides fun outdoor activities suitable for both boys and girls.
“It engages children in learning new skills, socialising with friends and making new ones in a safe environment as they play games and have fun.
“The camp is a great way for kids to discover new interests and explore new activities and is also to a great energy-burner too.”
All activities are led by FA qualified coaches with the support from the PGA professionals who will be sharing top golf tips with children.
It is suitable for both boys and girls aged 7-11 years old. Daily sessions cost £12 per child, or £50 for the week, with extra 10% sibling discount.
Children can be dropped off from 8.30am and picked up before 4pm.
