Get into the festive spirit and enjoy browsing through handmade goods and gifts at Towneley Hall’s craft fair next weekend.
Residents and visitors of all ages are welcome to come along on Sunday, 27 th November, to what is set to be the best craft fair in Burnley.
The fair will sparkle with many craft items to buy as Christmas gifts for those special people in your life.
A wide choice of fabric, knitted and wooden products will be on offer along with a variety of jewellery, Christmas crackers, painted cards and mince pies, of course.
The hall’s festive tea rooms will be open in the servants’ dining room. There will be afternoon teas, mouth-watering homemade cakes and preserves.
Councillor Bea Foster, Burnley Council’s executive member for leisure and culture, said: “We are very excited about this event as it is going to be a fantastic way of officially starting the festive season at Towneley Hall.
“There will be a great mix of handmade goods up for grabs and I’d like to encourage everyone to come along to the event and support local crafts people.
It is going to be a wonderful afternoon out for all the family.”
The event runs between 12 noon until 4.30pm and the entry to the hall is free for all visitors on the day.
