Born in Rochdale and one of nine children, David is one of the North West’s most successful entrepreneurs, developing iconic properties in Manchester including No 3 St Peter’s Square and Oxygen Towers.
Starting his career as a carpenter, David founded the kitchen manufacturing company Farouche Cuisine at the age of 19. Ten years later he sold a business with 36 branches nationwide, over 3,000 staff, and a turnover of £38million.
Alliance has a portfolio of developments including: Trident, Manchester Airport, 55 Portland Street and the forthcoming Axis Tower. It has a wholly owned portfolio of £240million.
