MTX Solutions has appointed two highly experienced technical leaders, Danny Pearce and Jason Chown, as Technical Directors, strengthening the company’s engineering capability as it continues to expand its work across complex engineering programmes.
Both bring extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership across the games and technology sectors, with careers focused on solving complex technical problems and delivering high-performance software.
Danny Pearce has worked in the software industry since the early 2000s and was previously Technical Director at Firesprite. More recently, he worked in financial services, developing tools to visualise and explore complex trading algorithms across very large historic datasets.
Jason Chown brings more than 30 years of experience. Most recently CTO at vTime, he previously spent 12 years at Sony, following earlier roles at Ocean and Psygnosis.
At MTX, both will work on some of the company’s most challenging programmes. Alongside their delivery responsibilities, they will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers and help MTX scale its engineering capability while maintaining the quality and technical standards expected across its work.
