National homebuilder Miller Homes has announced its initial success at its Prescot-based development, Sonnet Gate, which, for its first phase, is now over 50% reserved.
The development recently launched its on-site Sales Centre following high interest levels and includes a variety of 3 and 4 bedroom homes, featuring Miller’s newest designs, which all feature open-plan layouts and space to work from home.
During the recent digital launch, 10 homes were quickly reserved with buyers eager to make the move as soon as construction is completed. Over 60% of all reservations are held by first time buyers which is excellent news for the local area.
Sonnet Gate is located in Prescot, Merseyside, less than a mile from the M57 and ten minutes’ walk from the attractive, lively town centre.
