Leading global digital marketing agency, Search Laboratory, continues to grow its Leeds, New York and Texas offices with several new hires throughout the business.

The company, which specialises in international SEO and PPC, has experienced significant growth over a challenging period, which has seen them add Head of Digital PR, Alice Lamstaes (pictured right), and Digital PR Specialist, Rachel Humphreys (pictured left), as well as four new hires in Texas to their already specialist teams.

Alice has worked in PR and Digital PR for 10 years in agencies in around Leeds, with her most recent role being PR Account Director at Jaywing. During her time in the industry, she has worked on an impressive portfolio of clients that include Mary Berry, Cadbury, Gala Bingo, ScS and Jacuzzi.

Alice had the following to say about her new role at Search Laboratory:

“I am looking forward to focussing on growing the PR offering and helping clients to grow and meet key business objectives. The team here is amazing and I’m proud to be part of it.”

Rachel has also joined the PR team based in Leeds. Working in SEO-lead PR for over three years, she has built up impressive relationships within the B2B and trade industries, while also securing wide coverage across travel and lifestyle for consumer clients.

Alice and the team are on the lookout for PR professionals as they drive to deliver high-quality campaigns for Search Laboratory’s growing list of clients.

After a successful expansion into Austin, Texas, Search Laboratory is also looking to grow their team in this booming tech sector. The Austin office is headed up by Head of Client Services, Laci Wiggins, who moved from New York to support the continued growth of the company.

Laci has already been joined by Luke Warrington (Content Specialist), Iman Jamoussi (Digital Account Manager), Dave Novotny (Paid Media Specialist), and Jack Gardner (Paid Search Associate) so far this year, as the team look to diversify their offering to local clients.

Search Laboratory is currently hiring in the Texas office. New employees will be joining an award-winning agency committed to helping businesses expand internationally as partners of Google’s international growth programme.

Laci commented on the fast growth of her team in Austin:

“Having grown up in Texas, I was super excited to open our new office here in Austin. I knew this was a real opportunity for Search Laboratory, but I never expected the team to grow so quickly. There is a real sense of excitement around the new hires, and everyone is working together perfectly, we have manged to find some really talented people so far and there is no sign of us slowing down.”

About Search Laboratory

Search Laboratory was founded by mathematician Ian Harris in 2005 to provide a more auditable, ethical and statistical approach to PPC and SEO, and to fill the gap in the market for a proper, linguistically faithful approach to multilingual campaign management.

Since then, the team has grown to over 150 people and in 2014, it opened its first American office in Brooklyn, New York. Search Laboratory is now a full-service digital marketing agency specialising in working with international brands at all stages of their globalisation journey.
