Miller Homes is celebrating after Coppull local, Andy Halladay, site manager for Croston Meadow in Leyland, was crowned a North West champion last week at the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards lunch, held at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester.  Darwin resident, Carl Harrison, Site Manager for Beacon Park in Catterall was also presented with a Seal of Excellence for his valuable contribution to the business.

The overall North West Regional Award in the Large Builder category was given to Andy Halladay, after several years of coming close to achieving this accolade. The competition was strong, with Andy holding up against 40 other site managers in the region, as he attained the highest level of site management.

The Awards recognise top achievements from the best site managers in the region who contribute to the growth of quality homes in the UK.  The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards are highly prestigious in the house-building industry. Site managers are judged on several factors including consistency of high standards, leadership, technical expertise and interpretation.
